As a surgical Physician Assistant specialized in breast reconstruction for the past 16 years, Abbie has had the honor of caring for breast reconstruction patients and safely guiding them through every aspect of their reconstructive journey. Part of this care includes nipple and areola tattoos. As she started seeing women come to the office with 3D tattoos, her interest in improving outcomes was sparked and 3-D nipple and areola tattooing became a passion and a skill. In 2019, she completed training in the permanent make-up industry to develop her 3-Dimensional tattooing skills. Since then, she has worked steadily to continue to improve realism and retention.

In 2020, Kristen was certified in 3D Nipple and Areola Tattooing and Scar Camouflaging, followed by additional 3D Areola tattooing training.
