Lacey founded Lacey Michael Permanent Makeup in early 2017 after dreaming about being part of the beauty industry for years. She always had a passion for anything artsy, creative projects and natural looking makeup but it wasn’t until she went to school for esthetics and then discovered permanent makeup that her career “clicked”. Lacey became obsessed with helping women look and feel more like themselves— but better! She makes it her goal that every client leaves feeling more confident and beautiful in their skin than they came in.

Lacey has dedicated herself to her craft, believing in the motto “never stop improving”. She regularly goes to conferences and takes new classes to ensure that she is always up to date on the latest and greatest techniques to be able to provide consistent positive results for every client.
